Our system offers both free and premium templates. Free users can export unlimited videos using select free templates. Premium templates require credits (1 credit = 1 export). You can purchase a 7 Credits Pack as a one-time purchase, or subscribe to our monthly plan for unlimited exports. All exports are available in HD or 4K quality.
Our monthly subscription plan gives you unlimited exports. Subscriptions automatically renew each month and can be canceled anytime through your account settings or the Paddle Customer Portal. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you'll lose access to unlimited exports after that period ends.
Your privacy is important to us. All images are processed locally in your browser and are never stored on our servers. We only store essential account information (email and encrypted password) and usage data through PostHog to improve our service. Your exports are also handled locally, ensuring your content stays private.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your mockups. If you experience any technical issues or website errors that affect your results, you can send proof to info.promogen@gmail.com, and we'll either add new credits to your account or process a full refund. We typically respond within 48 hours.
We use Firebase for secure authentication and data storage, and PostHog for analytics. Your data is encrypted and protected by industry-standard security measures. We only collect essential information needed to provide our service, and we never share your data with third parties except for necessary service providers (Firebase for authentication and data storage, PostHog for analytics, and Paddle for payment processing).
PromoGen includes templates with modern phone frames and laptop (computer) scenes, so you can showcase both mobile and desktop apps in one workflow. Pick a scene that matches your product: phones for iOS and Android UIs, laptops for web and desktop apps. Then place your design or recording in the mockup.
Currently, our service is only available on desktop computers. The web app is optimized for desktop use, especially when creating and exporting mockups. We recommend using a desktop computer for the best experience.
You retain full ownership and usage rights to all videos you create using our service. You can use them for any purpose, including commercial use, social media, advertising, and personal projects. We do not claim any rights to your created content, and you are free to modify, distribute, and monetize your videos as you wish.
